The Mission
Craftsmen Resources was founded in 2019 on a simple premise: construction contractors deserve a project manpower company that takes skilled trades as seriously as they take their own projects. Too many staffing agencies treat tradesmen as interchangeable temporary bodies. We don't.
Every craftsman we dispatch is a W-2 employee of Craftsmen Resources. That means we carry their payroll, their workers' comp, their benefits, and their compliance paperwork. You get a vetted team. They get real employment. Everyone stays on the right side of OSHA, Department of Labor and the IRS.

Tulsa HQ runs dispatch for the roster across eastern Oklahoma, Northwest Arkansas, southwest Missouri, and south-central Kansas. OKC covers central Oklahoma plus the entire North Texas corridor — DFW, Plano, McKinney, Sherman. Every project gets the nearest field rep, every time.
